    Shipping Origin: U.S. or international warehouses
    Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided for all orders

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Floreo is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
  3. Order Cancellation
    Orders can be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be in processing.
  4. Returns & Exchanges
    Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

    Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
    Item is unused and in original condition
